Best in Show Whisky at New York WSC 2021 Our summer release has spent time in two different casks. This peated single malt started its life in first fill bourbon casks made of charred American Oak). We hand selected one of these casks and let the whisky finish in a local Pinot Noir cask made of toasted French oak. The result is some truly amazing whisky.

Nose: Strawberry jam on white bread by the morning campfire, brown sugar oatmeal, honey roasted salted peanuts, gentle sea air Color: Melted cherry otter pop Palate: Rich unctuous mouthfeel, sweet and salty peat, high grade manuka honey, ripe berries, leather, gravel, European mineral water Finish: Long and rich finish, sea-salt strawberry ice cream with fresh spearmint ABV: 50%
