Terms & Conditions

I authorize 10th Street Distillery to charge my credit card on file for my scheduled whisky club release.

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and I understand that whisky may only be shipped to those 21 years of age and older.
I may cancel my membership after I have received three (3) club releases over the course of one year. Club releases are every four (4) months. Cancellation prior to my three (3) club release commitment will result in a $75 fee. Club releases will automatically continue until I elect to cancel, at which point my membership will be canceled without further obligation.

10th Street Distillery ships via UPS - An adult (21 years or older) must be present to sign for all deliveries. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning an order to us.
It is your obligation to notify 10th Street Distillery of any address, billing or shipping changes in a timely manner. prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release.
Extra shipping charges may be incurred due to an incorrect address or delivery interception. Shipping costs for shipments returned to the distillery will be charged to your account.
